The Bialetti Moka Induction Italia 4 Cup is a stovetop coffee maker designed for induction hobs. It makes four espresso cups of approximately 30ml each.

Induction-Ready Base

The boiler uses a bi-layer base of stainless steel and aluminium. The steel makes it induction compatible, while the aluminium spreads heat through the base. The top section is aluminium.

It keeps the eight-sided shape of the original Moka Express, which Bialetti has made since 1933.

How It Works

• Fill – Add water to the bottom chamber.
• Load – Fill the funnel with espresso-grind coffee.
• Heat – Place on the hob over gentle heat until the coffee rises into the top chamber.
