Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been scanned on board our courier.

General Items

Most orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We always try to have items available online in-stock, availability is displayed on the item page. In the unlikely event that an item is purchased via our web-store but is not in stock, we will call you immediately to arrange full refund or discuss lead time on the item.

Chefs Uniforms

We keep a huge range of Chefworks chefs’ uniforms on hand at all times, and can deliver within the north island in 1 – 2 days, south island 3 – 5 days.

If we don’t have a specific size or colour we will need to order it for you. In this case delivery may take 10 business days. We will call you personally to let you know if this is the case.

Large Commercial Equipment

Large commercial equipment such as ovens, dishwashers and refrigeration equipment will generally be shipped from the factory. We are always available to discuss shipping arrangements to suit you.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping is charged at a flat fee of $8.50 for all orders under $80.00

All orders above $80.00 are shipped freight free, excluding espresso machines and large equipment.

  • Espresso Machines are generally above the 25kg courier limit and require gentler handling to reach you in perfect condition. We will get in touch to discuss the best shipping option with you.
  • Large Commercial Equipment may incur a delivery fee. If you would like to discuss delivery options for large equipment feel free to email us or give us a call on 0800 1 TOTAL

Shipment to P.O. boxes

Our carriers can deliver small items to Post Office boxes.

Damages

Total Food Equipment is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, but will liaise with the courier company to rectify damages. If your package arrives damaged please note this damage when signing. We cannot claim for damaged goods if a package has been signed for in good order. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of New Zealand.
