A compact 1/6 size Steam pan with 1.5L capacity, made from 18/10 stainless steel for prep rails, sandwich bars and food storage.
The 1/6 size is built for tight spaces. It suits toppings, garnishes and ingredients on refrigerated prep rails and sandwich or pizza stations. At 100mm deep, it holds more than shallow 1/6 pans without taking up extra rail width.
It is made from 0.6mm gauge 18/10 stainless steel. Reinforced edges help it sit securely in wells and racks. An anti-jam design stops stacked pans locking together.
