The Shun Leather Sheath Large is a black cowhide knife sheath for Shun chef’s, santoku, nakiri, kiritsuke and carving knives with blades up to 200mm long.

A chef’s knife or santoku sees daily use, so its edge needs protecting between jobs. This sheath wraps the blade in leather to guard against chips and knocks in a drawer, knife roll or bag.

A black nickel button fastener holds the knife in place. The Shun logo is embossed into the leather.
