Cleaning

• Allow to cool for a few minutes before cleaning
• Do not plunge into or fill with cold water when hot | Sudden temperature changes may cause damage
• Use the appropriately sized hob ring for even cooking and to reduce risk of handle or side damage | Especially important on induction

Cooking

• Cook on medium or low heat for best results | Allow the pan to heat gradually
• If using higher heat, reduce once the desired temperature is reached
• For fat-free cooking, preheat on medium heat for around 2 minutes before adding food
