Care
Before First Use
- Remove all labels and packaging
- Wash in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly
- For first frying use | Add vegetable or corn oil to cover the base | Heat gently, rotate to coat sides, cool, then wipe clean
Cooking
- Always use oven gloves when handling hot cookware
- Use the correctly sized hob ring for even cooking | Especially important on induction
- Cook on medium or low heat for best results | Allow to heat gradually
- If using high heat, reduce once the desired temperature is reached
- Avoid the induction boost function | Use only for rapidly heating large volumes of water
- Never slide on glass cooktops | Always lift to prevent damage
- Do not pour salt directly onto the surface | Add to hot liquid or food
- Rest on a heat-resistant surface when hot
- When using under a grill | Allow at least 5 cm clearance from the heat source
Cleaning
- Allow to cool before cleaning
- Wipe away food residue | Soak in warm, soapy water for 15–20 minutes if food is stuck, then wash as usual
