The No.30 Closed Star tube is ideal for piping stars, shells, fleur-de-lis, roses and swirls onto cakes and baked goods. With 8 points and a wider opening than the No.27, it produces bold, generous shapes with a beautifully defined finish — great for statement decorations and larger surfaces. Use with the Standard Coupler for easy tube changes without emptying your icing bag.
