Designed for volume and quality, it brews directly into a thermal carafe to keep coffee hot and ready for service. Additional carafes are available—ideal for offering different brews or increasing capacity during peak times.

For best results, preheat the thermal carafe with hot water before brewing. The carafe includes two lids:

• A mixing lid, which stays in during serving to maintain heat and ensure smooth pouring
• A travel lid for secure transport when needed
