Total Food Equipment along side TBK Network NZ presents the new range of charcoal fired ovens from Pujadas. Restaurants and hotels looking for a point of difference should know how much of a draw card having proteins and vegetables served out of a commercial charcoal oven can be.

The Oven50 from Pujadas is the smallest of the range, consuming 10 – 12 kg of charcoal per service, comfortably serving 40 – 50 covers.

• 1 stainless steel grille
• 1 tongs
