The three-layer enamel interior is non-reactive, resisting acidic and alkaline foods, which makes it equally useful for marinating and refrigerating.
The close-fitting lid locks in moisture and flavour throughout the cook, and the stainless steel knob is fully oven safe. At up to 40% lighter than comparable cast iron brands, it is easier to handle without sacrificing any of the performance cast iron is known for. Finished in a soft Meringue enamel that looks as good on the table as it does on the stove.
