The Circus Font Alphabet Silicone Mould is crafted from a food safe silicone blend designed specifically for confectionery work and meets FDA standards. It is ideal for flower paste, modelling paste, fondant with tylose, marzipan and similar mediums. Each mould is retail ready with a UPC barcode.

Each letter measures approximately 2.2cm high.

Instructions

• Press a small amount of paste into the mould to capture the finer details
• Use a small rolling pin to smooth the paste and remove excess with a blade tool to protect the silicone
• Lightly dust the mould with cornflour for easier release
