The small Pullman loaf pan comes with a sliding lid that constrains the dough as it rises, producing the tight square profile of a commercial sandwich loaf. Remove the lid and you get a rounded top instead. Either way, the heavy aluminised steel delivers even heat distribution and consistent results.

The ribbed pan surface improves air circulation, helps with heat distribution, and resists warping. USA Pan’s Americoat non-stick silicone coating releases cleanly and wipes down easily. Dishwasher safe, though hand washing extends the life of the coating.
