The Vitamix A3500i Gold Label in Matt Blue is a high-performance blender with 5 program settings, touchscreen controls, a programmable timer and a 1.4L container.

The A3500i Gold Label is part of the Vitamix Ascent Series. It has five program settings: Smoothies, Hot Soups, Dips and Spreads, Frozen Desserts and Self-Cleaning. Each program processes the recipe and stops the blender when it’s done.

Self-Detect technology lets the motor base recognise the container size and adjust program settings to suit. Extra Ascent containers can be added to build a system around how you blend. The 1.4L container supplied suits small to medium batches.

Manual control is also available. Ten variable speeds and pulse fine-tune texture, and the programmable timer switches the blender off at the set time. A 2-part vented lid releases steam from hot blends, and a tamper is included for thick mixtures. The matt blue finish gives the blender a distinctive look on the bench.
