Vollrath Squeeze Disher Red 45ml #24

Vollrath Squeeze Disher #24 45ml with Red Handle

A #24 size, 45ml stainless steel squeeze disher from Vollrath for fast, consistent portions of soft foods like rice, mashed potato and desserts.

This #24 disher delivers a 45ml scoop with a single squeeze, sized for small sides, garnishes and bite-size dessert portions. Consistent scoops keep plate costs predictable and reduce waste.

The red handle identifies the #24 size at a glance during service. Colour coding also helps keep dishers assigned to specific foods, reducing cross-contamination risk. The two-part build has no small components to lose at the dish station.

Not for ice cream or frozen foods

This is a portion disher, not an ice cream scoop. Using it on ice cream, frozen or hard-packed foods will break the squeeze mechanism.
