The Blue Seal E512X-B is a 300mm electric bench cooktop for commercial kitchens. It comes with two 2.4kW radiant elements (E512D-B) or a 300mm griddle plate (E512C-B).

This compact unit adds cooking capacity where bench space is tight. It stands on four stainless steel legs with adjustable feet for levelling.

The radiant model gives each element its own energy regulator control. The griddle model uses a 12mm mild steel plate with a thermostat from 50 °C to 320 °C. Both run on single-phase 230-240V power.
