The Blue Seal E506 is a 900mm electric range with a GN 2/1 static oven and five cooktop layouts. Choose radiant elements, a griddle, a mix of both, or sealed cast iron hot plates.
This range suits commercial kitchens that need a full cooktop and oven in one 900mm footprint. Every model shares the same oven, chassis and dimensions. Only the cooktop and electrical load change between models.
The static oven has 4.5kW bottom and 2.0kW top elements over a cast iron sole plate. A thermostat sets it from 50 °C to 320 °C. It takes GN 2/1 pans on four rack positions and comes with two racks.

- E506D – 6 x 2.4kW open radiant elements.
- E506C – 4 x 2.4kW radiant elements and a 300mm griddle.
- E506B – 2 x 2.4kW radiant elements and a 600mm griddle.
- E506A – 900mm griddle with 3 x 3.4kW elements.
- E506S – 6 x 2.6kW sealed cast iron hot plates.

- Radiant elements – 2.4kW elements in welded frames with six heat settings, including simmer.
- Griddle plates – 12mm mild steel, 3.4kW and a 50 °C to 320 °C thermostat per 300mm section. Fitted on the right-hand side as standard.
- Sealed hot plates – 2.6kW cast iron elements with thermal protection and six-position switches (E506S).
- Stainless steel finish – 304 stainless steel bull nose hob, oven sides and door exterior.
- Oven construction – Fully welded vitreous enamelled liner and insulated drop-down door.
- Cool touch handle – Stainless steel door handle with reinforced control knobs.
- Easy to move – Adjustable front feet and two rear rollers.
