Three-station waterless wok range with your choice of burner configuration.

The Cobra CW3H is an 1800 mm wide, three-hole waterless wok unit built to match the full Cobra 800 mm depth suite. Each 356 mm (14″) wok hole accepts woks from 400 mm to 600 mm in diameter, with heavy-duty removable cast iron wok rings and a double skin insulated deck. A high splashback with shelf, folding water laundry arm and rear waste channel keep the workspace clean and organised. All burners feature flame failure protection with pilot ignition and quarter-turn high-low control. Available in Natural Gas or LPG – please specify when ordering.

The CW3H is available in four burner layouts. Mix and match Chimney and Duckbill burners to suit your menu.

• CW3H-CCC – 3 Chimney Burners (285 MJ/hr total)
• CW3H-CCD – 2 Chimney Burners, 1 Duckbill Burner (295 MJ/hr total)
• CW3H-CDD – 1 Chimney Burner, 2 Duckbill Burners (305 MJ/hr total)
• CW3H-DDD – 3 Duckbill Burners (315 MJ/hr total)

Chimney vs Duckbill – Which Burner Do I Need?

The two burner types suit different cooking styles. Many operators choose a mix of both.

NZ models: Duckbill burner rated 105 MJ/hr on Natural Gas / 85 MJ/hr on LPG.
