Cobra is designed and built in New Zealand by Moffat. The range covers everything a commercial kitchen needs – cooktops, ovens, woks, fryers, salamanders, and more. All units run at 800mm depth, keeping your cooking line compact without compromising output.
Cobra suits a la carte restaurants, cafes, fusion kitchens, food trucks, and takeaway operations. Heavy-duty construction is standard across the range.

The Cobra Range
- Gas Cooktops and Griddles – 600mm and 900mm widths. 22 MJ/hr open burners with flame failure as standard. Mix open burners with griddle sections to suit your menu.
- Gas Oven Ranges – 600mm and 900mm static oven ranges. Generous gastronorm capacity and high crown height. Choose open burner or griddle hob configuration.
- Gas Barbecues – 33 MJ/hr cast iron burners in 600mm and 900mm widths. Available as floor-standing or bench models.
- Gas Waterless Woks – Welded full-frame chassis with double skin insulated decks. Available in 600mm, 1200mm, and 1800mm widths. Choose 95 MJ/hr Chimney or 105 MJ/hr Duckbill burners.
- Gas Waterless Stockpot – 600mm potstand height for safe handling of large pots up to 150 litres. Includes pot-filling swivel arm on the splashback.
- Noodle and Pasta Cookers – Fully modular stainless steel pan design. Moffat patented infrared burner system for fast water recovery.
- Gas Salamander – 900mm wide. Dual independently controlled infrared burners. Bench or wall mount – bracket supplied.
- Gas Griddle Toasters – 12mm thick griddle plate on top with toasting compartment below. Available in 600mm and 900mm widths.
- Gas Fryers – 90 MJ/hr burner system with cool zone for longer oil life. Two baskets and lid included.
- Modular Infill Benches – Suite-matching stainless steel benches in 450mm, 600mm, and 900mm widths to complete your cooking line.
