Dual infrared burner salamander for bench or wall mounting.

The Cobra CS9 is a 900 mm wide gas salamander with two independently controlled high-performance infrared burners delivering a combined 31.5 MJ/hr. The chrome-plated rack provides 1,890 cm2 of cooking area (610 mm x 310 mm) and lifts out along with its supports and the stainless steel crumb tray for quick cleaning. Each burner has its own variable high-to-low control with flame failure protection, so you can run one side on full while the other ticks over. Suitable for bench top use or wall mounting with the included bracket. Stainless steel exterior with aluminised steel interior. Available in Natural Gas or LPG – please specify when ordering.
