Eureka Mignon Manuale Espresso Coffee Grinder

The Eureka Mignon Manuale is a compact espresso grinder with 50mm flat steel burrs, stepless grind adjustment and manual start and stop.

The Manuale is for home baristas who want direct control over every dose. There is no timer: the grinder runs only while it is activated, so the user decides how much coffee goes into the basket.

Grind size is set with Eureka’s patented stepless micrometric system. It moves the lower burr rather than the upper one, so the burrs can be removed for cleaning without losing the grind setting. A fixed fork holds the portafilter, leaving both hands free while grinding.
