Eureka Mignon Specialita Smart – Black

The Eureka Mignon Specialità SMART is a compact prosumer coffee grinder with 55mm flat steel burrs, stepless grind adjustment and a touch display that detects the distance between the burrs.

It suits home baristas and small cafés grinding for both espresso and filter. The SMART version adds burr distance detection, so each grind setting can be read and repeated.

The 2.8 inch touch screen handles two programmed doses plus continuous grinding. Grinding starts from a switch pressed by the portafilter, or from the display.

A built-in recipe book stores grind settings for different coffees. A dose counter tracks output.
