The Ezidri Ultra FD1000 Digital is the flagship of the Ezidri range, designed for serious home preservers and small-scale commercial drying. With a 1000W element and 390mm diameter trays, it delivers significantly more drying area and power than the smaller Snackmaker, making it the go-to unit when you need to process a full harvest or large batches of produce in one run. The patented airflow system circulates heated air evenly across every tray, eliminating the need to rotate trays or reposition food during the drying cycle.
