The Ezidri Snackmaker FD500 is a reliable, easy-to-use food dehydrator that punches well above its compact 340mm footprint. Starting with five trays and expandable up to fifteen, the Snackmaker lets you scale your drying capacity to match the job at hand – from a small batch of herbs through to a full harvest of summer stone fruit. The round design and patented airflow system circulate heated air evenly across every tray, so there is no need to rotate trays or shuffle produce during the drying cycle.

Three soft-touch temperature settings (Low, Medium and High) keep operation simple, while a 500W element provides enough heat for efficient drying times – most produce is done in 8 to 12 hours. All trays and sheets are made from BPA-free, food-grade material, and the whole unit is lightweight enough to store away when not in use. Originally developed in New Zealand, Ezidri dehydrators have built a strong reputation for consistent results and long service life.
