Hunt and Gather Butcher Paper 45cm X 30m Roll

Hunt and Gather Pink Butcher Paper Roll 450mm x 30m

Hunt and Gather Butcher Paper is a 400gsm pink, uncoated paper roll for wrapping brisket, ribs and other smoked meats during low-and-slow BBQ cooks.

Pink butcher paper is the standard wrap for brisket through the stall. It lets smoke and steam escape, so bark stays firm instead of softening the way it can in foil.

This 450mm wide, 30m roll is printed with Hunt and Gather brand icons. It also works for resting meat, lining serving trays and presenting BBQ at the table.

Why Is Butcher Paper Pink?

The paper is dyed with a food-safe colour that does not affect flavour. The pink shade makes the BBQ grade easy to tell apart from standard white paper.

Features

• Uncoated and Food-Safe – Suitable for direct contact with hot meat.
• Breathable – Releases smoke and steam to help protect bark texture.
• Heat-Resistant – Holds up in the smoker without melting or blistering.
• Wet Strength – Stronger when wet than standard white paper, so it holds together around juicy cuts.
• Branded Print – Finished with Hunt and Gather icons for serving and presentation.
