The Ooni Volt 2 is a countertop electric pizza oven that reaches 450 °C. It cooks a 300mm Neapolitan pizza in around 90 seconds.
Most domestic ovens top out near 250 °C, which is why home pizza bases stay pale and dense. Volt 2 runs roughly 200 °C hotter. That heat sets the crust fast and leaves the leopard-spotted char associated with a wood-fired oven. Three automatic presets handle the timing, and two programmable buttons store settings you want to repeat.
The oven is not limited to pizza. Oven and Broil modes cover cookies, pies, roast vegetables and chicken. The adjustable shelf doubles as a cooling rack. A dishwasher safe filtration system vents smoke and steam, so the oven can sit on the bench and be used indoors.
