Kai Shun Premier Chefs Knife 250mm
The Shun Premier Chefs Knife 250mm is a large European-style chef’s knife for high-volume prep. It has a VG-MAX Damascus blade with a hand-sharpened 16° edge.
Why Choose the 25cm Chef’s Knife?
The 250mm blade gives a longer cutting edge for larger foods and bigger batches. Professional chefs often choose this length for volume work. The thin Premier blade keeps the knife light for its size. A wide blade keeps knuckles clear of the board, and the curved belly allows rocking cuts.
About Shun Premier
Shun Premier knives have thin, light blades for fast, nimble handling. Each blade has a VG-MAX steel core clad in 34 layers of stainless Damascus on each side. A wavy line called a hamon forms where the steels meet. The hand-hammered tsuchime finish helps food release from the blade.
