Cleaning
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before cleaning
- Do not plunge into or fill with cold water when hot | Sudden temperature changes may cause damage
- Use the appropriately sized hob ring for even cooking and to reduce risk of handle or side damage | Especially important on induction
Cooking
- Cook on medium or low heat for best results | Allow the pan to heat gradually
- If using higher heat, reduce once the desired temperature is reached
- For fat-free cooking, preheat on medium heat for around 2 minutes before adding food
