The No.27 Closed Star tube is ideal for piping stars, shells, fleur-de-lis, roses and swirls onto cakes and baked goods. With 7 points and a slightly larger opening than the No.25, it produces fuller, more defined shapes with a beautifully crisp finish. Use with the Standard Coupler for easy tube changes without emptying your icing bag.
