The Vitamix Explorian E510 is a high-performance blender with three preset programs, 10 variable speeds, pulse and a 1.4L container for individual servings and midsize blends.
The E510 adds walk-away programs to the Explorian range. Smoothie, Hot Soup and Frozen Dessert settings run a set cycle for consistent results.
Manual control is still there when needed. Use the speed dial to refine texture, or pulse to layer chunky pieces through a smooth base.
