Cold press juicing is a method of extracting juice from fruits and vegetables using a hydraulic press or very low rpm auger. It is known for producing juice with a higher nutrient content compared to traditional juicing methods, which use blades to chop and grind produce before extracting the juice. Cold press juicing is also believed to be more gentle on the ingredients, which can help preserve the natural flavors and nutrients of the produce.

There are several potential benefits to cold press juicing:

• Increased nutrient content: Cold press juicing allows for a higher yield of juice, as well as a higher concentration of nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
• Preserved flavor: This method is gentler on the ingredients and does not generate as much heat, which can help preserve the natural flavors of the produce.
• Longer shelf life: The juice has a longer shelf life compared to traditional juice because it is made using a low-oxygen process and is typically pasteurized at a lower temperature.
• Overall, cold press is a healthy and convenient way to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet, while also reaping the potential benefits of increased nutrient content, preserved flavor, and easier digestion.
