Ooni Sheet Pan and Rack for Volt 2

A 300mm x 300mm stainless steel sheet pan and wire rack that turns the Ooni Volt 2 into a small roasting and baking oven.

The pan fits the full width of the Volt 2 cooking chamber, giving a flat surface for tray bakes, roast vegetables, cookies and side dishes. The wire rack sits inside the pan so juices and fat drip clear of whatever is cooking above.

Both pieces are stainless steel and dishwasher safe, so cleanup after a roast is no more involved than a normal oven tray.
