Pujadas Charcoal Oven 140 775 X 655 Grill

Total Food Equipment along side TBK Network NZ presents the new range of charcoal fired ovens from Pujadas. Restaurants and hotels looking for a point of difference should know how much of a draw card having proteins and vegetables served out of a commercial charcoal oven can be.

The Oven140 from Pujadas is the largest of the current range, consuming 16 – 18 kg of charcoal per service, easily serving 130 – 140covers, or 100kg of food per hour.

Each oven comes with:

• 1 stainless steel grille
• 1 tongs
• 1 ash shovel
• 1 charcoal poker
• 1 metal brush to clean the grill
