An electronic kitchen scale with a curved stainless steel platform, weighing to 5kg in 1g steps, that tips ingredients straight into a bowl or pan.
The dished platform holds loose ingredients such as flour, rice or chopped vegetables without a container, then pours them out in one movement. Ingredients can also be weighed in a bowl on the platform, and the Add and Weigh tare function zeroes the display between them.
