A kitchen scale with two weighing platforms: a 5kg platform in 1g steps for bulk ingredients, and a separate 500g platform in 0.1g steps for small quantities.

The precision platform handles yeast, spices, salt and coffee, where a 1g graduation is too coarse to be useful. The Add and Weigh tare function zeroes the display between ingredients so a full recipe can be measured into one bowl, and the Aquatronic function reads liquid volume without a measuring jug.
