Subminimal Subscale Precision Digital Dosing Cup

The Subscale is a 120ml dosing cup with a built-in scale, used to weigh coffee beans before grinding and to weigh espresso as it pours.

It replaces two separate steps in the coffee routine. Beans go into the cup and are weighed to the dose, then the same cup sits under the group head to catch and weigh the shot. Readings appear in real time on an LED display hidden beneath the surface, activated by touch and invisible when the scale is off.

The cup body is moulded from Tritan, a BPA free plastic rated for liquids up to 100 °C. Weight is shown in grams or ounces, and the scale switches itself off after 60 seconds of inactivity. Charging is via USB-C.
