OONI Halo Core – Polar White

The White Ooni Halo Core is a compact spiral stand mixer with a 4.5L stainless steel bowl. It uses a dual kneading action to build gluten the way commercial bakery mixers do.

Spiral mixers are the bakery standard because they fold dough rather than drag it around the bowl. Halo Core brings that action into a domestic footprint. The dough hook and breaker bar work together, so the mix stays even from the first turn. Dough develops a stronger gluten network in less time.
